Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy

Trauma-informed yoga is a therapy that works to heal the mind and body through movement. Working with invitational cues that guide you introspectively, discovering the felt sense of the body, allowing space to heal and grow. These classes can be taught 1-to1 or to a group, in-person or online. Working in a series of 6+ classes.

Private classes offer a stress free environment to learn, play and heal. Refinement cues and modifications which are specific to your body's needs. Focused sequences revolved around your personal areas of interests and/or needs.

Group Yoga Class

Join me in-person for a group yoga class in Herne Bay, Whitstable and the surrounding area. Classes are open to complete beginners, so no previous experience of yoga is necessary. Classes offered include a mixture of styles (hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin and trauma-informed yoga) with the aim of opening and calming the mind and body. Book a group class with me here.
Reiki Healing

Reiki healing is a Japanese energy healing technique. During a reiki session, the practitioner places their hands either directly on you or just above you to bring about healing. The belief is that the practitioner is able to stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities. Health benefits may include reduced anxiety, pain and fatigue, treats depression and boosts mood. May include other symptoms such as headaches, tension, insomnia and nausea. Book a session here.
