On this website you will find updates on online and in-person yoga and meditation classes.
For September 2020 we are offering group and private classes, listed below:
Live online group class (via Zoom) descriptions and schedule:
Breath Immersion | Monday's 8AM for 45 minutes: this class will include a series of pranayama techniques to expand your breathing while centring the body and mind. Ready for the week ahead,
Slow Flow | Wednesday's 6PM for 1 hour: this class will include a mixture of hatha, restorative and yin styles of yoga to energise and restore, suitable for beginners,
Power Flow | Friday's 5PM for 1 hour: this class will include a mixture of vinyasa and yin yoga to awaken the body and set you up for the weekend, suitable for intermediate level student or students with experience in dance/fitness/gymnastics.
(Online classes can be booked individually or gain unlimited access via the monthly membership)
Online pre-recorded classes include a mixture of full length classes in a variety of styles of yoga, asana tutorials, meditation and pranayama classes.
Private classes can be online or in person if you live within a 30 mile radius of Herne Bay (Kent, UK) area.
