    This class is ideal if you don't have much time in your day for a full yoga practice but really feel and urge to stretch and mobilise the spine and upper torso. Perfect for anytime of the day as a short snack of yoga and gentle movement. Suitable for all levels.

    In this brief 10 minute tutorial we will go through the various props used in yoga, why we use them and their benefits. Ultimately we want to be as safe and comfortable as possible in yoga poses. Props allow us to modify our alignment to meet where the body is at now, go deeper into poses and to soothe any old injuries.

    This is a 40 minute Hatha class, meaning we will transition gently between poses and staying within each pose for 5 - 10 breaths. Keep props and blocks close by in case you need to modify any pose. Suitable for all levels.

    In this class we will teach a pranayama (breath) technique that will work to balance out the two sides of the body. Ideally practice this technique in the morning on an empty stomach or a few hours after a meal.

    This is a slow and stretchy class, containing a mixture of hatha and yin poses. This class is perfect for a rest day to release and restore the hips and legs. Use any props and blocks to allow you to get comfortable in each pose. Suitable for all levels.

    This class includes a guided meditation and breathing exercise to enable to body to relax and ground. You can take this class anywhere you feel comfortable and without distractions. Suitable for all levels.

    This class is inspired by anyone working from home who could be feeling some pressure in the lower back and tension in the shoulders and neck. For anyone who is sitting down for long periods of time, this class is perfect for you. Use any extra props you may needs, like pillows, bolster, blocks etc. to get comfortable. Enjoy.
