My name is Amy
Amy started practicing yoga over 10 years ago as a way to de-stress from a career driven life living in London.
After a number of years her practice evolved from purely physical to form a holistic mental, emotional and spiritual wellness routine.
Amy’s first 200 hour teacher training was in Cusco, Peru studying vinyasa, hatha and restorative styles of yoga. Since she’s studied trauma-informed yoga, yoga nidra, pregnancy and post-natal yoga.
Amy is deeply passionate about weaving trauma-informed yoga into all styles and levels of yoga. Making yoga accessible to everyone, in a way that enables healing and growth.
Her style of teaching is gentle and empowering, kind and creative, sensitive and strong.
